Reminder: Upcoming submission deadlines. 

Hello everyone,

As we approach the submission deadlines for all tracks, here are a few important reminders:

• Please submit your methods (and other required files) via the ELSA Benchmarking Platform by May 4, 2026.

• Please submit your extended abstracts through the ISMB submission system by May 7, 2026. More information about the submission format can be found on CAMDA website. 

• If you participated in multiple tasks, please submit a separate abstract for each.

If your methods are available on GitHub, please include the links in your abstracts. If not, please consider making them available to support reproducibility.
