Reminder: Upcoming submission deadlines.

Hello everyone,

As we approach the submission deadlines for both tracks, here are a few important reminders:

Ongoing Tasks: Track I Red Team & Track II (Single Cell)

• Please submit your methods (and other required files) via the ELSA Benchmarking Platform by May 12, 2025.

CAMDA Extended Abstracts: Track I Blue Team, Track I Red Team & Track II (Single Cell)

• Please submit your extended abstracts through the ISMB submission system by May 15, 2025. More information about the submission format can be found on CAMDA website. 

• If you participated in multiple tasks, please submit a separate abstract for each.

• If your methods are available on GitHub, please include the links in your abstracts. If not, please consider making them available to support reproducibility.
